Pre-Order T&Cs

• Pre-order is a feature/service that allows you to pre purchase a new/existing product before it has been released/stocked in our store. Pre orders are placed before the product is imported into the country.
• Pre-orders have specific shipping period and may get extended up to 2 weeks depending on customs clearance duration.
• Once the goods have been cleared and the products have reached us, we will start the shipping process.
• Any changes made to the pre order information for a product will be notified to the customers who have placed it.
• All pre-orders are prepaid with a specific early bird price. No extra coupons or discounts can be availed.
• Pre-orders may have limited quantity depending on stock availability with the suppliers.
• Pre-order duration for a product will be active for 7 days.

Cancellation/Refunds:

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled under normal circumstances.
• If we are unable to ship the product from our side even after the 2 week extended duration. You may cancel and request for a refund.
• However, once the shipping process has started from our side, refund or cancellation request will not be accepted.
• If within the active pre-order duration, stock runs out with the supplier then customers who have placed the order will get a full refund.
