Refund policy

THOCKSHOP offers cancellation and refund with a fee for all orders. In case the ordered product is out of stock or replacement unit isn't available for the product, full amount will be refunded. For cancellation and refund details please read below.

For prepaid orders that are cancelled/returned by individual customers or any business entity :

  • Before Shipping:

Any prepaid orders that are cancelled before the shipping process is complete will have a 5% cancellation charge of the total order value.

  • After Shipping:

Any prepaid orders that are cancelled after it has been picked up by the courier company will include forward shipping cost, return shipping cost and 5% payment gateway charges. These aforementioned charges will be deducted before initiating the refund. Return shipping cost value will be calculated after the return pickup as been scheduled.

For bulk prepaid orders placed by individual customers or any business entity :

  • For any B2B or bulk orders we recommend contacting Thockshop officials before placing it on the website.
  • All B2B, bulk or high value purchases are handled directly by the owner of the Thockshop and orders are created manually after confirmation.
  • If any such orders have been placed without contacting us first, then refund or cancellation process can prove to be difficult and in some cases may even be denied entirely.

Return & Replacement

  • Items that are not purchased directly from thethockshop.com are excluded from our return & replacement policy.
  • Clear Unboxing Video is necessary in case the customer claims ”Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product is delivered.“ The video should be continuous without any cut or pause if we found any editing or tampering with the video then your return/replacement request will be denied.
  • Returns/Replacements will only be accepted if the product received from us is damaged, defective or incorrect. The aforementioned issues should be reported to THOCKSHOP authorities within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • For any Prepaid orders at the time of delivery, if the customer or business entity returns or does not accept the order of their own volition without informing any thockshop officials are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products must be returned with their original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and other included items.
  • Incase of incorrect item replacements the product returned must not exhibit physical damage, including damage to the original retail box and accessories. If any items are missing/damaged we may charge you depending on the severity of the issue.
  • We will be not liable for any damages on the keyboard while in return transit due to improper packing by customer.
  • If your order is under return/replacement period then we will offer a free return pickup and send back the replacement for free.
  • In case of a manual return, we will send the return shipping address to your registered email ID.
