Shipping policy

  • THOCKSHOP provides free shipping pan India for all prepaid orders.
  •  All order pickups are scheduled and shipped through Shiprocket's services.
  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date estimated at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
  • THOCKSHOP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-3 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer.
  • Once the order has been picked up by the courier company, changes to delivery address cannot be made.
  • THOCKSHOP is also not liable for any delays in pickups by the courier executives. Even if we change to a different courier partner the pickup will still get delayed till the next day.
  • If there is any urgency regarding the delivery of the order, contact the officials and let them know before placing the order while there is still time to make adjustments. Once the order has been assigned to a courier partner, we cannot help with any urgent requests.
  • COD orders are not eligible for faster/premium/urgent deliveries.
  • You will receive a confirmation call from us within 24-48 hours of placing a COD order. In the event that we are unable to reach you, the order will be put on hold or canceled.
  • You may cancel your COD order during the confirmation call or before the completion of shipping process. Once a COD order is confirmed and shipped, we won't be able cancel or make any changes to the order.
  • THOCKSHOP will take legal actions against anyone who abuses COD services for fraudulent practices.
